Sweet Disbelief.

We experienced a bizarre occurrence today, one that defies all logic. While I didn't witness it firsthand, dozens of settlers did, and their accounts are identical.

In Central Park sits a large lake with a towering fountain at its center. At precisely 13:00 hours today, the fountain spluttered, choked, and briefly ground to a halt. When it surged back to life a moment later, it wasn't spouting water, but a thick, dark brown liquid.

As the substance cascaded into the lake, the true nature of the anomaly revealed itself. First came the unmistakable, sweet, and herbal aroma wafting through the park. Then, one brave colonist cupped the liquid in their hands and took a sip. It was no longer water, it was root beer.

Yet, as suddenly as it began, the phenomenon vanished. Within ten minutes, the fountain returned to pumping fresh water, and before long, the lake had completely diluted back to normal.

James and his engineering team are just as baffled as the rest of us. They are desperately trying to unravel what caused the glitch, but beyond the eyewitness testimonies, not a single trace of physical evidence remains to prove it ever happened.

What on earth are we dealing with here?
