Breakfast

I had breakfast with James this morning. He had his usual bacon, eggs, sausages, two slices of toast and baked beans.

I had a traditional Trill breakfast. The best way to describe it would be to say that it's similar to a granola bar/flapjack. It's made from Tuluyum, a grain grown on the Trill homeworld and honey, again made on Trill.

Ranih and I get a shipment of it every now and then. It's a very unusual honey, mainly because of its colour, purple.

It gets it colour from the shomnai flower which has the most magnificent purple colour you have ever seen. Not only that, it has a beautiful scent, which has been used in perfumes and other products for centuries.
